Sleeping Beauty?

This little girls LOVES to be outside. Everyday after breakfast she leads one of us upstairs by the finger and asks for her shoes and coat so she can go in the backyard and play. Even when it's freezing cold. She doesn't care. She just wants to be outside.

Yesterday, while I was at work, LJ opened the back door to let Mojo out (our foster dog) - and found this. Addie sound asleep on the back porch. He took pictures, the dog stepped on her (it's a little dog, don't worry :)), and he carried her to her bed, and she slept through it all.

And LJ is busted for not getting her dressed. :)

Piggies

We have had a fun girly day today. Painting toes, watching Tinkerbell, playing games, taking a nap, and just relaxing. Love these kind of days!

Ellie Macie Addie

6 Months!

Macie is 6 months old! She is growing up too fast. She is the smiliest, most happy baby and I simply cannot get enough of her!

She is sitting up perfectly, and rolling all over the place. She will only sleep on her tummy (despite my best efforts). She loves squash, carrots, rice cereal, and applesauce. Her favorite thing to play with right now is paper. At her checkup today, she weighed 16.2 pounds (47%) and was 27.2 inches long (98%). She also had an ear infection and got 4 shots. :(

I love this little girl so much and feel so blessed to be her mommy.

New Sweaters

A few weeks ago I was ordering some clothes from Childrens Place. Ellie saw this sweater and said "Mommy, that is the prettiest shirt I''ve seen in my whole life." It was on sale so how could I resist? And I got Addie one too. :) Ellie was so happy when her shirt arrived, she acually asked me if I would take pictures! So here they are.
